This policy covers the website you are reading, operated by New Peak Automation (“NPA”, “we”). The PeakOS product itself is governed by the customer agreement and product privacy terms provided at onboarding — this page is about the marketing site.

What this site collects

As little as a website can. We run no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds that watch you read. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) for security and operations, retained briefly and reviewed only when something needs investigating.

Forms compose email — they don't submit data

The contact, review, access, and demo forms on this site work by opening a draft in your own email application with the text you entered. Nothing you type is transmitted to us, or anyone, unless you choose to send that email. If you do, we receive it as ordinary correspondence at contact@newpeakautomation.com and use it to respond to you.

Local storage

None. This site stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage.

What we never do

• Sell or share personal information.
• Run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Use your correspondence to train AI models.

Email you send us

Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for serving you and for our legitimate business records, and you may ask us to delete it at any time at contact@newpeakautomation.com.
