These terms govern your use of newpeakautomation.com, operated by New Peak Automation (“NPA”). Using the site means you accept them. The PeakOS product and any professional services are governed by their own agreements — signed with real signatures, not implied by browsing.

What the site is for

Learning about NPA, PeakOS, and our services; evaluating them via the demo sandbox; and contacting us. You may not misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent your identity when writing to us.

The sandbox is a simulation

The demo center presents fictional sample data for a fictional business, clearly labeled as such. It demonstrates product behavior and is not a representation of any real customer, nor a warranty that identical results will occur for your business.

Content & intellectual property

The site's content, design, and brand marks (including the “Ascending Line” logomark, “New Peak Automation”, “PeakOS”, and “Peak Command”) belong to NPA. Press may use the marks per the press page; otherwise, don't reuse our content or marks without written permission.

No warranties; limited liability

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it always will be, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we aren't liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Product commitments live in product agreements, where they belong.
