Verified means verified
A review publishes only after we match it to a real, active customer account. The badge is a fact, not a decoration.Verbatim or not at all
We don't edit reviews for flattery. Typos may be tidied on request; meaning never is.Criticism stays up
Negative reviews from real customers are published and answered publicly. If we fix the issue, the fix gets noted — the review doesn't vanish.No incentives
We don't pay, discount, or gift for reviews. A review earned any other way isn't worth reading.
